How To: Setup Your Voicemail

First time setting up your voicemail on the company phones (NEC) or maybe it has been a long time since you have done it so its forgotten? Well, this article is just for you!

As a shortcut for the brave one, dial 3000 to access your voicemail or use the VM menu button (usually next to the EXIT button below the LCD screen).  Just simply follow the prompts and setup the voicemail.  Still copnfused after attempting or just would simply prefer a detailed walkthrough, click on the attachment and follow the instructions.

Furthermore - go ahead and confirm that the menu buttons work such as VM or History. Also, check that the voicemail exists by dialing 3000.  If they don't please notify your supervisor to place a ticket to have the menu buttons programmed and voicemail box setup for your extension.  Required information:  Extension number, name, and position.  Thank you.
