renew my blood pressure prescription

I have tried to get an appointment to re-new my anemia and high blood pressure and after 2 hrs of wait true health tells me they are full and can not see me for a month and they can not renew my urgently needed prescription on the phone 

Are they idiots or just a bureaucratic agency unable to attend its patients
